Ballroom/Suite #7
The Signer's Ballroom will accommodate up to 20 people. The
Signer's Ballroom and suite #7 combined will accommodate up
to 40 people standing or sitting. Rental fee for the Signer's
Ballroom is $650.00 plus tax. The rate for suite #7 ranges from
$300.00 to $375.00 per night.
Available event times: 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 7:00 PM to 10:00
PM.
Courtyard
Our courtyard will accommodate up to 100 people standing. The
rental fee for this space is $450.00 plus tax. There is no back
up incase o6f inclement weather.
Available times: noon to 6:00 PM only. Any tenting will be the
sole responsibility of the guest.
A minimum number of sleeping room reservations are required
in addition to reserving either of the above spaces.

Any tenting or rental equipment will be the sole responsibility
of the wedding parties.

Kings Courtyard Inn

These three Inns share the Blockade Runner Room, a beautiful
historic room with a hand pressed ceiling, which can accommodate
up to 50 people standing or sitting. Room rental fee for the
Blockade Runner Room is $300.00 plus tax and a minimum of 3
sleeping rooms reservations is required. In addition to the
Blockade Runner Room, these Inns also share the courtyard areas
within Kings Courtyard Inn with a maximum capacity of 15 people
standing. Courtyard prices are based on individual requirements.
